DEXCOMM RECEIVES THE ATSI AWARDS GOLD CALL CENTER RE-CERTIFICATION

Lafayette, LA, June 16, 2008- Dexcomm is pleased to announce that they have been awarded the Gold 24/7 Call Center Certification Award for the 4th year in a row. The award is presented by The Association of Teleservices International (ATSI).

The certification requires that different criteria are met or exceeded to ensure high standards in the following areas: good business practices, life safety, training, personal hiring, operations, including both normal and emergency procedures, documentation of procedures, levels of redundancy for 24/7 preparedness and ongoing evaluations through a peer review program focusing on 99.9% annual run time.
